Bonafide Otter

Yesterday Vivian graduated from the "Otter" level of swim lessons at our local indoor pool. The two weeks were quite fun to watch and she had a blast with her new friends and Ms. Vicki. The video is the best I have, they were doing a safety day though, so no good swimming shots really. We are debating doing a second session; if we do, I promise better footage then.

Daddy is back at work finishing up mastering his craft of airplane-flying. That means Arizona for us, his crew. Nonetheless, we were blessed to find this great, furnished home for a reasonable monthly rent to get us through August.

Today is a joyful day for AWOL Mommy! Several of my fellow Princeton-mommy-blogger friends invited me to be a weekly contributor on my favorite blog currently in existence on the worldwide web. The blog is a forum for Catholic mothers to discuss the daily issues of raising a family in today's society. This blog, and the women behind it, have provided me with immeasurable inspiration, support and intellectual fodder over the past six months and I am thrilled to become another apprentice in God's crew of family architects.
