Christmas Markets

Traditional music, gluwein, cold temperatures, warm pretzels, beeswax, festive faces, anticipatory, familial, holy, jovial, unbelievably un-Santa, distinct, packed, lit, snowy, nighttime, daytime, and uniquely German.

What a blessing to have been able to experience these wonderful markets with our family this Christmas season.

What is guwein? And are the 3 kings celebrated there, as well, instead of or in addition to Santa Claus?

It looks like Viv and Grammage had lots of sweet Christmas-y moments together.

Where's Auntie Quinn?

I hope that you wore your Santa Claus hat for the entire 12 days of Christmas. Until the Baptism of Our Lord. I mean, if you are going to do something, do it right, right?
